Hi there, From December 15th I'm looking for a new housemate. Its a beautiful monumental ground floor apartment with high ceilings where you'll have the patio facing room of 16 square meters, which you can all use because there's a a built-in loft bed (queensize)! It's fully furnished and it's right next to central station (2 min walk). You'll share the apartment with just me and you'll also have access to the shared kitchen, bathroom, toilet and patio. There's a washing machine, big fridge & freezer, oven and gas stove (and all amenities like waterkettle/toaster/nespresso). There's storage in the basement too if needed, and ofcourse internet is included. See the pictures for an impression (some personal items will be taken by the current renter but all the furniture stays!).No smoking, no drugs, no pets. The rent is 1200,- per month excl gas & electricity including water/taxes/internet. A monthly advance of 150 euro for utilities will be added to that which should cover normal use of gas & electricity (and I ask for one months deposit of 1350,-). The period is from December 15th until june 30th 2025. I'm a 37 year old woman (fluent in Englisch and Dutch) and have lived in amsterdam for half of that :) I'm working as an occupational health doctor. I also spend part of my time at my trailer in the woods so there'll be times where you'd have the apartment all to yourself. Next to my time at the trailer I live a full working and social life, so I have a busy schedule but if it so happens I'd enjoy sharing a meal with you :)I can also give you loads of Amsterdam tips if wished.
