Each rooms is a separate zone so you can play music from your phone or laptop to the speaker in the ceiling of your bedroom & en-suite, or join all the speakers together as one zone- En suite, guest toilet and hallways have motion sensor activated lights, so no need to remember to turn the lights off- It is a 2 bedroom apartment, each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a guest toilet- Rent includes all bills and a cleaner that comes twice a week and cleans the kitchen and all shared areas and your room if you like- Apartment has wooden floors, spotlights, and speakers built into the ceiling- Washer/dryer, dishwasher- Registration is possible- If you are a couple you would need to be married or be in a civil partnership so you count as one registration with gemeente
