We are looking for ONE person for the full 4 months, preferably an intern or PhD student.The studio is completely new (approximately 25m²), furnished and features one shower on the same floor and a toilet on the lower floor. The kitchen will be shared with us.We are a family with two children and a dog, so do expect some noise.The location is directly on Westerpark and close to all amenities.The price includes utilities (gas, electricity, internet) assuming normal consumption.
