The entrance door can be locked. Both inside and outside.Using the canal-side balcony, with sun in the afternoon and evening, you can enjoy the view. It has 2 chairs and table. It is the short dead-ended road from Marnixstraat. So no through traffic in front of the door. The living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet are shared. Amenities such as washer and dryer, fast internet, Ziggo television, dishwasher and Apple TV are shared and are included in the rent. Once a month, the porch and stairwell will be fully cleaned. Around the corner tram 7, 19 and 5 stops. And at 2 minutes' walk you can choose between tram, taxi or bus. You are a 4-minute walk from the Vondelpark and you can do your shopping on foot in the Kinkerstraat (Hallen) or the cosy Elandsgracht.Smoking / Vaping is 100% prohibited in the entire house, stairwell and entrance.
