You have fridge, tv, balcony, lots of storage, fan, airconditioning,water cooker and a couch/bed of 160 cm wide. Bedsheets, towels and toilet paper are provided. Bathgel, shampoo and conditioner as wel.There are 2 more rooms in the apartment. You are allowed to smoke in your room. Besides your private room, rest of the apartment is shared.Rent is for 6 month minimum.You can use fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher , washing mashine and dryier, iron. I am providing all clearingproducts like : washingpouder, dishwasher tablets, sponges and toilet paper. Looking for studying or working guest only. Who have no allergy for my pets. Visiters are not allowed, only if agreed on.
