Hello, room hunters!I’m offering my room in Oud West for the next few weeks, available only until the end of the year. The room will definitely be available until December 31, with the possibility of extending the stay depending on arrangements with the other housemates after my departure.The room is cozy and fully furnished, featuring a double bed and a wardrobe. Additionally, you’ll have access to a spacious shared living area, providing a comfortable space to relax and spend time. While it’s a shared space, the other housemates mostly keep to their own rooms, so there’s plenty of room to enjoy.The location is incredibly convenient: grocery stores are literally across the street, public transport is easily accessible, and the historic city center is just a short distance away.The apartment also boasts two lovely balconies: one overlooking the street and the other facing a quiet inner courtyard.Note: The stairs can be a bit steep – the full Dutch experience! Also, as all housemates are in the process of moving, you may notice a few boxes around the house.We’re looking for someone calm, respectful, and easy-going.
