I’m looking for a new roommate (female only, aged over 30) to move into my apartment.The apartment is recently renovated, and shared between 2 tenants (max), and includes:•3 bedrooms (one is for storage)•A kitchen, living room, bathroom, and balconyIt’s located in a residential area in West Amstelveen, close to Westerpark. Supermarkets and other essentials are nearby. Getting to the center takes only around 10-15 minutes by bike or 30 minutes by public transport. Rent Details:•Current monthly rent: €960 per person•Utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet): Approx. €90 per person (varies with usage/season)•If you register at this place, +€30Furnishings:The room is not furnished, but you can use the matress the previous roommate left.Additional Information:•Please respect the rule and clean the house together.•No smoking, parties, gatherings or sublet are allowed.•It’s on the 4th floor (no lift).•I’ve lived here for half an year and have nothing bad to say about it, I really enjoy living here!Other Costs:•Security deposit: €1,000 per person (refunded at the end of the lease).•The rent perioud is 6 month first, but can be renewed after that, we both have no problem.•Registration is possible.Move-In Date:The room will be available now (end of January).
