The furniture can be bought from the previous housemate if needed at a reduced and negotiable price.- 825/month exclusive, so including bills probably works out as about 925/950 a month. - Registration possible!- The room is only available for 6-9 months as our landlord recently told us he plans to move back in some time after June 30th 2025 - the exact date will be negotiable.Looking for a respectful, clean and friendly housemate to join us for our last months in this amazing flat :)
