In my apartment (71m2) I have available two furnished rooms. I am searching for a working male tenant, who is quiet, clean and considerate.The apartment will be shared with me, a working 34 year old male. On weekdays I like to sport, watch Netflix or read a book. In the weekends I like to hang out with friends and drink a beer or go to a festival. Please note that I am searching for one person only.The rented spaces are one living room (with private balcony) with a TV + chromecast, bookcase, build in closet and a leather couch. The second room is a one person bedroom with a bed and build-in closet. The bedroom is next to the shared balcony and at the quiet garden side of the apartment.The apartment is situated in a nice and green area between Sloterplas and Rembrandpark. On walking distance (1min) you can find an Albert Heijn, Lidl and Kruidvat. Also a small library (OBA Postjesweg) and Metrostation Postjesweg are within a 2 min walk. A bit furher (<5min) bike ride you can find the trainstation Lelylaan. The city center is a 10min bike ride. Furthermore the following items are available:-Dishwasher-Washing machine + dryer-Combi – oven-Iron-Fridge + freezerAlso, a cleaner is coming for every other week to clean all the rooms.Downstairs there is a bike shed for safely storing your bike.Registering at the address is possible.The monthly rent is paid up front 1150EUR paid in cash with one month deposit. The rent is including all costs except the following:-Electricity + gas: Every month you will receive a report of the usage.
