The location is ideal for someone that wants to live very central. The apartment was fully renovated only 2 years ago so feels like new. The flat is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. The price is Eur1250/month including the utilities (Wifi, water, heating ) with a one time deposit of Eur500 . The flat is fully furnished, has a washing machine and dishwasher.
