The neighborhood has a relatively large number of young residents between 25 and 44 years old. Furthermore, it is a relatively quiet area considering the population density.The house is easily accessible with many amenities nearby. Situated within cycling distance of the centre of Amsterdam, walking distance from a supermarket and walking distance from a train station. In addition, the nearest exit road in the vicinity is only a 4-minute drive away.Layout: the house consists of three rooms, two of which are bedrooms. *Important to Know* While, the toilet is separate and accessible in from the living room, the bathroom is only accessible from larger room in which i'm staying in.
