Hi, from beginning of February we have a small cousy room available nxt to Amstel station. The house has 3 rooms, a kitchen and living room, 2 bathroom and a shower and a backgarden. Parking outside is possible but has to be arranged by yourself with municipality. The house is shared with 2 males, both in their 40's. Both dutch but speak fluent English. Friendly atmosphere, laid back, everybody minds there own biz but always willing to help out and assist. The room has a large bed, small closet, cupboard, shelves, hangers, desk and chair. Fast Internet available. Less than 5 minutes walking to Amstel station and with 2 large supermarket around the corner. Rent is 650€ month. Available from 5th of February.
