Hi, we are renting our second bedroom in a fully furnished house in Amsterdam Zuidoost. Some notes about the house and the room:- The room is very spacious (13 sq.m) in a 2 floor row house- The room includes bed, side table, working table and chair as well as lights- guest will have access to kitchen, appliances, living room and backyard- high speed wifi- you will be sharing the house with a young couple and a friendly french bulldog - 8 mins walking from metro station (2-3 min by bicycle)Some notes about the desired tenant:- preference will be given to those who work from the office, study full time at the university, or spend significant time out of office- house is strictly non-smoking- only for individuals- no pets (since we have a dog at home already)- we are very particular about cleaning so you must be clean and organized too- ideal for someone looking for a temporary accommodationPlease send a personalized message with more details about yourself to schedule a viewing/ call.Thanks.
